This entry-level program introduces swimmers to the basics of water safety and movement. Swimmers learn how to blow bubbles, float on their front and back, glide, kick, jump in safely, and return to the wall. The focus is on confidence, comfort, and fun.

Green

Beginner technique with a focus on the four strokes.

Green swimmers are introduced to freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly in a supportive setting. Coaches provide individualized feedback while helping swimmers improve stroke mechanics, learn basic dives and turns, and prepare for the next level.

Bronze

Fundamentals, racing skills, and steady stroke development.

Bronze is designed for swimmers who are ready to refine their technique while building confidence in a team environment. Practices focus on stronger fundamentals, improved dives and turns, and an introduction to more advanced racing skills and strategies.

Silver

Skill development, endurance, and competitive growth.

Silver swimmers train at a higher level with an emphasis on endurance, stroke efficiency, and continued technical improvement. This group is ideal for swimmers who are ready to make meaningful progress while developing confidence in a competitive setting.

Gold

Advanced training for experienced and motivated swimmers.

Gold offers a challenging team environment focused on endurance, speed, strength, and advanced stroke efficiency. This group is a strong fit for committed middle school and high school athletes, including multi-sport swimmers, who want to improve performance and compete at a higher level.
