Coach Chad has been coaching swimming since 1995 where he was the head coach for Battle Creek Central until 2008.  He is currently coaching the Harper Creek Swim Club and also South Central Swimming (SCS) a USA swimming program.  Coach Chad's children have all swam in his programs and have had great success.  His goal is for every swimmer to enjoy this life long sport and to help produce swimmers to compete on local high school teams.  Home school children have also found HCSC and SCS a great way to compete at high levels.  

Brent has been coaching swimming since 2015. He has joined Harper Creek Swim Club in 2016. Brent currently has two daughter swimming for the club. He coaches along with Chad Wager, focusing on the Bronze program.

Jena Wager is Chad Wager's oldest child and has swan for him since she was 4 years old. She has swam all four years in High School where she was an All State swimmer and swam one season at Albion College.  She currently completed her BA from Albion College for marketing and business communications.  She coaches New Bronze and offers private lessons in the summer when her schedule allows.  

Karolina has been with Harper Creek Swim Club since 2016. She has three kids swimming in different programs. She started as swim mom and quickly started volunteering at the club. You can usually find her on the pool deck or in the pool office running the computer during meets. Karolina also runs Spring dryland conditioning.
